Oberon Media, the world’s leading multi-platform casual games company, has announced today the launch of Oberon Media’s Interactive TV games on Samsung Electronics Co., LTD.’s Internet@TV feature, starting with the hit casual game Dream Day Wedding. The game will be available for download and purchase through Samsung Apps, the world’s first HDTV-based application store, which will be available on select models of Samsung Electronics’ 2010 LED TV and LCD lineup.

Dream Day Wedding developed and published by I-play, Oberon Media’s publishing division, is the first in the top selling, wedding-themed franchise that has reached more than 60 million casual gamers through PC, console, and mobile platforms. A dedicated TV version of Dream Day Wedding has been created by Oberon’s Interactive TV division exclusively for the Samsung living room environment and the remote control.

In Dream Day Wedding players solve puzzles and find wedding items hidden in multiple scenes, as they help Jenny prepare for her big day. The game includes 25 challenging levels in 13 gorgeous locations. The game’s beautiful imagery lends itself to HDTV and made this game the top choice by Oberon and Samsung Electronics as their first joint project.

“Providing games to Samsung connected TV users is part of our strong 3-screen relationship with Samsung, which also covers games for mobile handsets and PC’s” said Sharon Rosenman, Senior Director of ITV Business Partnerships for Oberon Media. “Oberon’s Interactive TV games catalog includes 100’s of market-proven games designed for the TV screen and the remote control, and based around hit casual game brands. Samsung’s HDTVs serve as an ideal platform for this content. We look forward to rolling out additional titles on Samsung’s Internet@TV throughout 2010.”
