Alter Ego Gets North American Publisher

Murder has a stranglehold over the township of Plymouth, UK and now in North America, gamers will look forward to loosening its grip while restoring law and order. Many speculate the game to be the lone assailant, but truth be told: Viva Media and bitComposer have signed a North American publishing deal, making them partners in crime and co-conspirators for the release of the much anticipated horror adventure, Alter Ego. Lock up your doors; no adventure gamer is safe! Carlo Voelker, CEO of Viva Media, commented, “We are happy to work with bitComposer in publishing this macabre adventure game that’ll certainly whet the appetite of adventure fans. It’s truly haunting.” Likewise, Wolfgang Duhr, CEO of bitComposer, commented, “Viva Media has proven to be an extremely reliable partner, and we are very happy to see our thrilling adventure, Alter Ego, in the hands of this experienced publisher.” The game is due for release in July.

About the Game

Alter Ego takes virtual gamers to the town of Plymouth in the South of England as the 19th century draws to a close. A series of gruesome murders shakes both the town and the entire region after a strange aristocrat dies who was the subject of many horrifying myths in his lifetime. Players can discover and investigate the various scenes as they alternate between two totally different heroes, the thief Timothy Moor and Police Detective Bristol, to slowly reveal a dark secret.
