The City of Heroes Double XP Weekend is set for this coming weekend. Power up through Praetoria, Paragon City, and the Rogue Isles and earn twice the Experience Points when you defeat opponents or complete missions.

To reactivate follow these instructions:

Go to Account Management

Click your City of Heroes game account link in the Game Account section.

Click the Subscribe to Game link in the Actions section.

Choose your preferred billing plan and payment option and continue on with the steps of reactivating the account.
