Featured New Releases:

Maroon 5 – Overexposed

In spite of already having a record of huge hits like, “Harder to Breathe,” and “Moves Like Jagger,” Maroon 5’s notoriety only seems to be growing, with the spotlight cast on lead singer Adam Levine between “Overexposed,” and “Hands All Over,” as a judge on The Voice. The album’s first single, was an insta-hit, with the band hitting a sweet spot doing collaborations (after huge success with Christina Aguilera and tapping Wiz Khalifa for “Payphone.”) After disjoined success with 2010’s “Hands All Over,” (with “Moves Like Jagger,” catapulting in its own vacuum) all pieces seem to be in place for the band to orchestrate complete pop music domination.

Linkin Park once again has Rick Rubin at the helm of their 5th studio album, producing a monster first single, “BURN IT DOWN,” and an album that makes an almost expected shift outside the bands scream-ier, rapp-ier  past. With the rise of EDM and dub-step, the electronic side of the band take the forefront, a shift the band feels is actually a return to their roots, having been a leader in a genre that was, by all intents and purposes, a brand new concept when the band first emerged. Linkin Park hits the road in August with a dream team of Incubus and MUTEMATH for the Honda Civic Tour. Find the dates here:
