Destiny is released tomorrow for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360. However, no official information was released about PC gamers. This is something all PC players expect impatiently and probably look forward to hearing some news about a possible PC version of the game. As we know, the game has $500 million budget.

The CEO of Activision Publishing – Erik Hirshberg commented during the E3 conference that a PC release of the game is something that has been discussed. This is what makes us believe that such a release will be soon made.

For Polygon he explained: "You know, developing on PC is a different animal than developing for consoles and so we just want to make sure that we're putting one foot in front of the other and getting it right, and that it's of the highest possible quality. But obviously I see the same things about the natural fit".

What Bungie senior writer Eric Osborne shared with the audience was that there is still no clear "Yes" or "No" to the PC version discussion. However, it seems that the main concern of the developers is to maintain the high quality of the game on all platforms. Still, they are seriously thinking over creating a PC version of the title. “We have a lot of people who play on PCs. We have a lot of appetite to build that experience. We haven't announced it yet, but we're looking forward to talking more about that kind of stuff in the future," Osborne added.

The developers notice that although gamers are playing on some new platforms, the majority still have PCs and this is why the existence of a PC suitable version of Destiny is important. Still, some patience is needed to see what will happen with the idea about a new release of the popular title.
