Novint Technologies Enables Electronic Arts Games for the Novint Falcon

vint Technologies, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: NVNT) , the pioneer of 3D touch for consumer computing today announced an agreement with Electronic Arts Inc., the world’s leading developer and publisher of interactive entertainment software, to make several of EA’s best-selling computer games work with the Novint Falcon game controller. Titles include popular EA franchises like Madden NFL, NBA Live, Tiger Woods PGA TOUR(R), Need for Speed(TM) and Battlefield(TM). These titles are expected to be released for the Falcon later this year, allowing gamers to feel extremely realistic touch sensations such as the weight of a ball as it is thrown, the sideways acceleration of a car as it drifts around a sharp turn, or the realistic recoil of a machine gun.

"EA is responsible for many of the best selling franchises of all time," said Tom Anderson, Novint’s CEO. "These incredible titles have captivated millions of gamers. We are excited to be licensing EA’s titles to add significant AAA titles to our platform, and addressing game support for the Falcon, the most important milestone our customers want to see."

Replacing a mouse or joystick, the Novint Falcon is an entirely new type of PC controller that lets players feel game actions, virtual objects, environments and force feedback in enabled titles. Available nationwide at Tiger Direct, J&R Music World, Fry’s Electronics,, Skymall,,,, and the Falcon has an MSRP of $189. Falcon games may be downloaded at or through N VeNT(TM), Novint’s interface to games, updates and community. Novint recently announced that they will release a black version of the Falcon and a Pistol Grip, a must-have accessory for FPS players.
