Majesco Entertainment, the company who brought you Cooking Mama, Bloodrayne, and Advent Rising, is preparing the release of their last innovation in gaming: Air Traffic Chaos.

Air Traffic Chaos, developed by Sonic Powered for Nintendo DS, allows gamers to take on the role of an air traffic controller and safely manage takeoffs and landings of fourteen airlines at busy airports around the world.

"Air Traffic Chaos means fun is taking off from Terminal A.  The game's
frantic pace set against the backdrop of an already high-stress job
will challenge fast-fingered Touch Screen gamers in an entirely new
way," according to Gui Karyo, Executive Vice President of Operations,
Majesco.

The game utilizes the NDS' Touch Screen to manage takeoffs, gate
assignments and landings for all incoming and outgoing airport traffic
for the fourteen different airlines in varying weather conditions.

Gamers earn merit badges, including "Veteran ATC" and "ATC Legend",
with an exemplary performance: sixteen different badges in all.  The
game includes a tutorial which teaches players the basics of managing
the busy skies while three difficulty levels with five stages in each
offer plenty of challenge.  Players can also share their high scores
with up to 7 friends.  The game also offers Rumble Pack support.

With an ETA of this summer, Air Traffic Chaos is definitely one of the more innovative ideas to hit the DS in some time.
