The best cricket game will make its new-generation debut in the early 2015.

Big Ant Studios, the developer located in Melbourne, Australia, reported today that Don Bradman Cricket game is coming to PS4 and Xbox One in February, next year.
Big Ant cooperated again with its publishing partner HES under license with the Bradman Foundation for the new-generation console debut of the series.

“Following on from the critically acclaimed Don Bradman Cricket 14, we are proud to now bring the greatest cricket player of all time to the next generation of consoles,” said HES boss Sebastian Giompaolo. “I am excited by what Big Ant Studios have been able to produce, this is without doubt the best Cricket video game to date.”

Similarly to Don Bradman Cricket 14 on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, Don Bradman Cricket on PS4 and Xbox One will include a complete career mode, the same excellent batting and bowling controls, a deep fielding system which gives players the opportunity to slide to prevent boundaries, and nuanced ball physics that is used for realistic edges, movement off the pitch, and bat pad catches. In addition, it will also support Big Ant’s Cricket Academy, which let us make custom teams, players, tours, competitions, match types and even umpires. More than 100,000 community-created players and teams are expected to download and use in the game.

Don Bradman Cricket 14 came out for PS3 and Xbox 360 in April, this year. At that time the game was an ambitious and enthusiastically-crafted sports sim let down by a few too many bugs and design quirks. Big Ant addressed many of the game’s core issues over the following months via several welcome patches and, by the time it was released on PC in July, Don Bradman Cricket 14 had been turned into a fantastic sports game, as well as the most enjoyable and fully-featured cricket game released so far.
